Building positive long lasting carrier relationships is a primary focus for Palogix. Before selecting new carriers we assess our current contracts with 100+ carriers to ensure we continue to build strong relationships that generate savings for our customers. In order to meet the unique needs of every customer our bidding process encompasses 200+ carriers and is continuously growing to ensure we identify new opportunities to provide exceptional service and savings. Our procurement team examines each carrier individually; analyzing performance and capacity, managing contracts and lane bidding, and evaluating pricing parameters.


Palogix provides "control tower" visibility for all shipping lanes and is integrated with our customer’s onsite team. Our Control Tower Operators (CTO) Team oversees the entire shipment lifecycle from order to final carrier payment. Our dedicated team diligently monitors every shipment, performing order entry and tendering, route and mode analysis, check calls and status updates, identifying network changes and determining frequency adjustment.

Our track and trace capabilities are accurate and up to date due to our 24/7 monitoring and support, 365 days a year. Our web-based transportation management system provides real time visibility allowing our CTO Team to proactively communicatetime-sensitive information to our customer’s stakeholders, logistics staff, suppliers, and carriers.


Our integrated Freight Bill Audit & Payment solution is efficiently managed within our transportation management system. We’ve streamlined and taken control of the auditing and payment process by generating a self-billing invoice (SBI). Our SBI process saves our customers time, energy and money.

Time - One paperless self-billing invoice with automatic payment, removing the burden of wading through stacks and stacks of invoices and eliminating duplicate or incorrect payment.

Energy - Costs are communicated throughout the shipment lifecycle avoiding unexpected charges and payment disputes during the auditing process.

Money - Our FBAP process is internally managed at no additional cost, saving customers in administrative costs and from outsourcing this complex business process. Our carrier relationships are strengthened due to our commitment to paying consistently within agreed upon terms.
